Finished The Bloody Chamber!

Well, the story anyway! Not sure what to write or where to start! I thought the story was interesting and how Carter has used Blue Beard as an inspiration. When I say she's used it as an inspiration, she's basically rewrote the story and added a few minor details here and there! My favourite part was definitely when she entered the chamber, however, when the Marquais arrived home and the girl doesn't even think about escaping and takes orders over the phone, i find the story rather ridiculous! I'll update this at another time with a little more of a response!
